This was a custom for Gwen to complete
The scenario:
Gwen has bought a vanilla cake and walked into a room with it.
The cake is not visible at first because of the focus on her feet. She starts eating the cake messily and crumbs starts to fall on the ground near and on her feet. All of the sudden the crumbs attract roaches to her feet. She sees a roach near her feet and stomps on it. Unfortunately, more roaches keep appearing. Surprised, she drops the cake all over the floor.
Gwen gets upset and starts stomping on the roaches one by one, smearing the guts all over the tops of her bare feet. Since the roaches wanted the cake so badly, she'll let them have it. She smears all the guts together with the cake and gets her feet messy. She jumps up and down in the mess and shows off her feet to the camera. Then she turns around and shows her soles and wiggles her toes to cause the food / roach guts to fall on the floor.
Finally, she snuffs out the mess like she's putting out a cigarette and then she walks away, leaving guts / casket footprints.
