She has very slimy cockroaches, and they deal with them very satisfactorily, halfway through the video, her soles are already soaked with white cream. (highlight preferred) Tamara positions 5 cockroaches in a line, and with her right foot, squeezes them all satisfactorily until they squirt cream out, leaving only the flattened carcass under Tamara's foot!
