Lots of squashing and squelching noises just like the title presumes! Carol uses lots of weight shifting so that she puts all of her petite power (that's a good name to use!) to flatten these large superworms under her VANS sneakers. I wasn't aware that she would be scared of worms since she enjoyed smushing the roaches, but she decided to smash them anyway just this once!
