She then removes them just enough to reveal her cute button toes and the ball of her foot; teasing you for the full thing; while squishing more roaches underneath her nylons. She uses the ball of her foot, heel, and holds them in place to rip them with her big toe!
Being a graduate student, she also found it appropriate to offer me a calculation which estimated that (without frictional loss) each bug she squishes is subjected to anywhere from 172 - 203 joules (J) of energy, or 127 - 149 pound-foot of force (lb*ft)!
